On 26 January 2022, DN requested repayment of the full balance of USD XX,XXX upon discovering that Maksim Tcepkov (Максим Цепков), without notice, had abruptly returned to Russia after leaving Siem Reap, Cambodia where he previously resided; and

DN – due to such events – created an internet site at www.maksimtcepkov.com (the “Website”) and purchased other associated internet domains including www.mercuriobitcoin.com (the “Domains”) in order to create a public document of the facts of the matter and to pressure Maksim Tcepkov (Максим Цепков) to return his client’s funds to their owner; and

DN has retained legal counsel in Russia to start civil litigation against Maksim Tcepkov Максим Цепков (filing claims for injunction and damages) and to file a respective request with the competent criminal prosecutors in Russia since Maksim Tcepkov Максим Цепков has expressly refused to return the funds of his client kept in his custody.
